RHIZOMATIC STRUCTURE
The hotel located in the hustle-and-bustle of central Tokyo is what the designer called “Japan’s first ‘dispersed’ hotel”. Composed of five different buildings, this special arrangement maximises the communal spaces, allowing guests staying at any one of the units to use the facilities of the other four. Each building is a collaboration with talented artists and designers. Connecting them is the classical Machiya theme with a modern twist.
