以「三 T」——科技（Technology）、才華（Talent）與包容（Tolerance）為核心理念，設計將塑造城市活力的力量，化為可見的視覺元素。重疊的「T」字營造出雜訊與失真效果，與東京井然有序的城市景觀形成強烈對比。標誌設計則體現了攝影節所推動的多元精神、創意表達與城市變革。
