綠化堡壘　

位於海口繁華商業區的建築從海南的建築遺產中汲取靈感，結合傳統與創新，同時符合能源效益。主結構「漂浮」在一片翠綠的公園之上，增強自然通風。壯觀攝人的中庭、陽光瀰漫的陽台和茂密的空中花園從樓層對角延伸開去。建築兩面的玻璃幕牆，讓無與倫比的沿海美景盡收眼簾。
