    SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE

    With a span of 21 meters and a width of 3 meters, “Yi Xin Qiao” project is built with 716 bamboos. It is the longest pedestrian bamboo bridge in China. Bamboo is chosen as the main architectural material for its low cost, energy efficiency and sustainability. The team explored the application of bamboo in this experimental project in the hopes of advocating for sustainable construction.
