LOCAL FLAVOUR
This is the first winery with its own vineyard in Fujikawaguchiko in the northern foothills. The farmer's name, grape variety and composition are clearly indicated on each label. The name of the winery is derived from the seven thousand-year-old cedars at the Kawaguchi Sengen Shrine, which was consecrated in 865, built to protect the area from Mt. Fuji’s eruptions.
