A FINE BALANCE
This 14-metre-high space keeps to the spirit of the original site, echoing its historical and architectural context, while incorporating ecological technology and advanced building techniques in order to ensure future flexibility. The staggered design, partitioned into three levels gives three tiers of visual perception.
