Brewing sake in wooden barrels is a centuries-old tradition of Japanese sake culture. For the label design, Hito to Ki to Hitotoki (Japanese words meaning human, wood and moment) design traced a part of the grain pattern from cedar wood barrels to hint at the brewery traditions, which the company had poured their hearts into.
