To commemorate Han Pao-The’s legacy to modern architectural theory, his family commissioned the memorial museum at the Tainan University of the Arts, combining education and exhibitions, echoing Han's ideals. Cubes are repeated throughout from the facade to the décor, reflecting Han's multifaceted knowledge, while robust architectural concrete symbolises his indomitable spirit. The 40-cm-thick walls keep interiors cool, and natural light creates a harmonious blend of form, function, and tribute.
