雖然小於500呎，但單位出奇地明亮且廣濶。分隔牆把客廳及浴室分開，牆上半部是玻璃幕牆，讓天然光滲入室內。音響設備收藏於櫃內，櫃門以不會阻隔紅外線的特製布料做成，讓屋主可以遙遠控制櫃內的設備。住所各處設有小型的入牆書櫃，滿足喜愛閱讀的屋主的需要。
