浴火重生
建築由重新翻修的歷史建築而成，建築師以本土文化及建築語言改良建築的設計元素。不論是外牆外觀、店舖招牌、窗戶或是室內佈置都經過精心策劃，以將這條歷史街道打造成現代的生活商業中心。街道保留店舖原有的磚頭，店舖招牌由鐵銹色的金屬做成，呼應「馬鞍牆」這個建築特色。復古歐洲的裝飾點綴街道各處，為其注入活力。
