圖書館位於那須鹽原市黑磯站的前面，地下是乘客及市民穿梭往反的通道。空間設有多個高聳的圖書櫃，書櫃各處的立體文字取自日本經典文學，是一套全新的視覺及指示系統，注目同時能為居生活民帶來靈感和文化氣息。
