這公園是活化社區項目的又一模範，為上海城市脈絡注入生氣。緊隨前工業河濱的活化工程，這條歷史悠久的跑道被改建成行人步道和公園。設計遵循環保原則、以及社會和經濟可持續性方針，為新上海的都市生活定調。
