屋主是熱愛樂高模型的單身漢，室內空間以木材堆疊而成，反映屋主的嗜好。這個47平方米兩房公屋單位本身採用標準間隔，分為客廳、廚房、臥室和浴室。設計師拆掉室內多餘的分隔牆，以達致空間持續的流動性。
