位於東京密集市區之中，建築設計著重為屋主提供一個逃離都市繁囂的喘息空間。建築物關閉了面向狹窄街道的立面，以加強私隱度。每戶都享有在市區中罕有的私人花園，把天然光帶進住宅內。
