項目位於一個熱鬧社區，區內樓宇密集，因此建築師將設計劃分成三大不同類型的空間：戶外、半公開及私人。在戶外空間過渡至私人空間，既可保持一定的私隱度，同時拉近私人住宅與社區的關係。室內佈局及植物佈置充分考慮到室內氣温調節。建築的鋼支架使用循環再用的鋼材，以減低對環境的影響。
