建設專業形象
日本東鐵工業株式會社是一家綜合建築企業，其使命是不斷加強日本的鐵路系統，並在鐵路相關建設的領域培養專業人才。因此，東鐵工業可謂與鐵路密不可分。位於茨城縣的東鐵培訓學院裏的尋路系統，也因而以鐵路取材。大堂和走廊地下印上貌似鐵路軌的平行線和曲線，引領訪客前往目的地。二樓的房間和相應的鑰匙卡系統採用與東鐵工業建造或維修的鐵路線相同的顏色系列。此外，回收的舊鐵軌被升級成樓宇門牌和指示的一部分，嵌入牆壁，一方面弘揚企業的鐵路傳統，另一方面促進永續發展。雖然這座建築物用於專業培訓，但這些細節給員工灌輸了一種自豪感。
