四十年樓齡的大廈在設計師的改造下翻新成為面向未來的實驗性工作空間。設計構思來自生活與工作的平衡，不同間隔的室外空間連結辦公室及鄰近的社區。設計師加設多個半公共、半戶外的工作空間，以啟發用戶的創意，改善工作環境。
