由於四周是低層建築，這幢位於曼谷樓高21層的高級住宅非常顯眼。設計首要任務是保障住戶的私隱度，故設計師在外牆上加入不少植物以阻隔視線。六部私人升降機連接住宅與停車場，方便快捷。東面與西面外牆加種藤蔓和植物，增加住戶私隱。
