別墅連結多個現代亭台樓閣與水景，與自然一體成形。每個樓閣都有不同的功能，如：款客，文娛及起居。考慮到屋主的小孩將出國進修，建築師採用模組式設計，令屋主可因應不同時間的需要改變樓閣的用途，增加間隔的靈活性。
