OmniDirectional是位於日本市郊的內科醫療診所。入口直接面向候診室的中軸，可見到接待處及透過大型玻璃窗一探先進的內窺鏡設備。外牆的水泥纖維板予人一種莊嚴的感覺，室內則以暖色調的定向纖維板為主，營造和藹的氣氛，與醫療技術融為一體。
