建址位於角落地段，周圍是中高住宅大樓，旁邊是一棵栗子樹，外牆的窗戶面向綠林及水池，水池粼粼水波反射風中搖曳的綠葉，分外有詩意。建築物外牆及屋頂的格子，多處使用了北海道當地著名的青松原木。
