全屋由八間同一大小的房間組成，每間大小為四個半疊蓆。設計師重整間隔，以達致每區平衡，保持全屋方平的外觀。傳統屋頂換成浮頂設計，由23條支柱及鋼架支撐。地面向四面延伸，成為露台，讓屋主能享受四周優美的自然景觀。
