商業大樓搖身一變成為洋溢文化氣息的圖書館。入口與室內閱讀空間中間的走廊，進一步分隔室外繁囂都市與室內幽靜的環境，為讀者提供多一點寧靜。室內設計採用樸素的素材及淡雅的用色，展現西安文化粗擴中不乏細膩的一面。
