這家單層木屋是為一家五口而設計。為了增加自然採光同時保持一定的私隱度，設計減少面向街道的窗面積，大型窗盡量面向中間庭園。一年四季隨着太陽位置不同，面向南方的窗戶將陽光由天花反射到室內，是增加採光的聰明設計。
