《陽朔糖舍》記載一間位於桂林超過五十年歷史的酒店建築，全書收錄了歷史文件，屋主的文字與建築師的修緝筆記。全黑的封面設計對應建築黑色的外牆。設計師以雷射切割在書脊切出建築名字，書脊的空洞同樣反映出建築本來的建築特色。
