一圖勝千言
全球觀眾在觀賞2021年東京奧運開幕儀式時被提醒了競賽圖標是在1964年東京奧運首次面世並廣泛使用。為了傳承奧運精神,日本設計中心設計了一套全新圖標,宣揚日本旅遊。不同背景及語言文化的受眾易於理解圖標,有利宣傳、告示及傳意。
獨特、普及及靈活的設計展現遊客在日本的多種行程的可能性:飲食、文化節目、運動、景點,每個圖標反映日本別樹一幟的一面,吸引海外旅客,並鼓勵已在當地的遊客多花時間繼續探索日本。
