「想像的力量十分重要…這是一種人類才有的『超能力』。我們的未來建構於想像—即使現在面對難關，我們都要勇於想像，才能放膽創造更美好的事物。」
李凱儀畢業於香港理工大學，在2007年獲得多媒體設計與科技高級文憑，並在2008年獲得西英格蘭大學頒授數碼媒體理學士學位。她曾就職於商業機構的設計部門，但經常因為需要顧及銷售目標而限制了創作自由。因此，當李凱儀想到以「說故事」作為一個網上創作平台連繫圖像設計、插畫與文字故事時，她立即毅然辭去工作，全職投入這個創作概念。
「說故事」在2017年成立，它是一個網站，同時也是一個Instagram帳戶和一個Facebook專頁，每晚上載一個睡前小故事配上插畫，作品都是由未成名的作家與插畫師投稿而成。「說故事」同時亦是一個策展平台，不時舉辦線下實體藝術展、讀書會和出版刊物等。「WeWearStories」是「說故事」品牌旗下的藝術企劃，與本地時尚品牌ad-lib聯乘合作舉辦pop-up藝術店與展覽，活動更把十位插畫師的作品印製成時裝，將故事變成可穿著的流動藝術。
李凱儀相信有力量、有創意的故事能為社會帶來愛與安慰。她計劃到日本的設計工作室工作，認識更多當地插畫師以尋求合作機會，回港後將致力發展書本創作計劃及藝術展覽。
