饗宴是日本快閃餐廳的概念，把每個地區特色共冶一爐，設計一個令人難忘的體驗，振興當地經濟。連續7年來，饗宴讓客人享用當地最頂尖的食材、最美麗的風物和最優秀烹飪才華。在2019年10月，在日本東部石川縣的輪島舉行了數天饗宴。輪島以其美麗的濱海梯田和當地土產—名為「輪島塗」的傳統日本漆器而聞名。輪島塗漆器的製作工序繁複，工匠團隊在六個月內須完成了124精細的步驟，因此，每件漆器都是工匠的精心傑作。
