創新的可攜式建築物
瓏府生活體驗中心設計成一座多功能建築物，以取代現時常見的房地產銷售中心。這些結構復雜建築物在銷售期結束後便被拆卸，形成大量浪費。設計一種可以拆卸和在其他地方重建的簡單可攜式建築物，其建築材料可以重複使用，大大減少了建築過程中的浪費。標準化的部件令更換損壞的部件更方便，標準的部件和簡單的施工程序減低了施工時間和人工成本。就以這座面積達1,600平方米的建築物為例，其設計、建造和投入服務，僅需短短49天。
