除了提供各種形式的設計、藝術和演藝的藝術創作和展覽空間外，阿那亞藝術中心也是社區的中心，透過藝術這個充滿力量的媒介，豐富居民的日常生活、促進心靈的更新和提供有深度的反思的機會。圍繞著圓錐形的中空核心，是一個螺旋形的走廊，可展覽視覺藝術作品。走廊通向屋頂的觀景台獲得令人耳目一新的視角。阿那亞藝術中心主要採用不同紋理的混凝土和砂漿，象徵現代藝術和生活的關係。儘管我們周圍的世界看似秩序井然、冷漠而嚴肅，尋常百姓只要敞開心扉，探索藝術世界，就可以別有洞天。這個建築是一個交流及共享經驗和相互聯繫的好地方。
