“許梓鴻的設計獨特而優雅。”
許梓鴻在香港大學獲得建築學學士學位，並在哈佛大學設計研究院獲得了建築學碩士學位。評審們為，他才華洋溢、成熟和多才多藝，尤其是他能夠開放地接受不同設計的複雜性及概念。
他最近進行的活化項目積極關注被負面形象影響的廢棄或過時建築，應用「適應性再利用」理論，重新賦予價值，提案包括改造由丹下健三設計，但已過時的香川縣體育館，改造羅湖檢查站和一個在意大利被廢棄的羅馬水池成為博物館，並在洛杉磯市中心、香港和日本的空地裡建造房子。許梓鴻是Countryside, The Future研究團隊的成員，研究處理緊急環境、政治和社會經濟問題，成果於2020年在紐約古根海姆博物館展出。
許梓鴻希望到巴塞爾的Herzog＆de Meuron和倫敦的David Chipperfield Architects的工作，學習以創意及突破的方式，回應舊歷史建築物項目在適應性再利用及活化工作上的挑戰，並將這些知識帶回香港。
