由石鎮、圓柱形玻璃瓶和木蓋組成的醃漬壺用法簡單，令醃漬過程更乾淨俐落。這款廚具特別用於製作日式漬物。醃漬壺所有部件都可分拆出來，易於清潔。設計師特別選用本地石匠出品的石鎮，以支持因2011年東北大地震受影響的日本工匠。
