建址位於市郊，毗鄰連接東京與群馬的高速公路，辦公室貨庫兩用的空間有一個山形屋頂，由懸臂桁架支撐，是一個經濟實用的建築方案。貨庫設於一樓，樓底有足夠高度讓叉車出入，辦公室則在第二層後方，減低公路帶來的噪音滋擾。
