樓高廿二層的商業大廈設有咖啡室、戶外陽台及出眾的展覧空間。裝潢細節加上變化多端的室內格局展現出建築的歷史價值，以及在環保和物料運用上的創新。各層的建築不乏自然元素：泥土、石頭、木材以至由四萬五千株活蕨組成的GREEN FIELD，貫徹建築設計概念。
