大廈位於韓國郊區，設計師將荒廢的樓房改建成多用途的民居。民居設計以跨代共融為出發點，底層為屋主長女的咖啡店及精品店，同時也是幼女的烘焙工坊，這家庭經營的小商店可以將不同的人聯繫在一起。混凝土外牆與室內的玻璃幕牆形成有趣的對比，造就與眾不同的外觀。
