DFA亞洲最具影響力設計獎 2020 l 銀獎 l 環境設計 | 住宅及居住空間
為了迎合東京都居民多元的生活及工作方式，設計師將原本兩層的公寓大廈打造成多用途的現代住宅。團隊以日本早期的町屋為藍圖，希望重新營造舊式敦親睦鄰的社區。除了居住單位外，大廈設有多個公共空間供住客工作，或開設咖啡室、書室及精品小店。室內間隔經重新設計，以木材、混凝土和灰泥為主。延伸出外的混凝土室外陽台，為行人提供舒適的休憩空間。
