標誌將簡體字「双」字圖像化，用交錯的線條表達香港深圳雙城不可分割的關係。線條交疊的位置，弧度甚至粗厚可用軟件調校，以滿足不同的傳訊設計和應用的需要，是一個靈活多變的視覺系統。
