感官盛宴
鹹魚是香港特產，也是香港漁村歷史遺留下來的產物，設計師於PMQ的展覧以新的視角，描述鹹魚的歷史故事。展覧以二十多個設計及創意產品，點出鹹魚在香港食文化的重要地位。設計包括自家醃製室及創新鹹魚產品，以現代手法包裝經典食材。參觀者不但能以視覺，更能從氣味和味道享受展覧。
