餐廳的品牌環繞中國宋代開始流行的茶文化。高山採摘的茶葉，加上別出心裁的包裝，更顯茶葉的高貴。以激光雕刻技術在包裝上勾勒出山景，重現茶葉仙境般的生長環境。邊緣燒焦的痕跡模仿中國水墨畫的感覺。
