改造活化
項目將兩間相連的排屋改建成辦公室。大廈分為兩半，空調系統放在東面，通風系統及其他設施則設於西面。建築保留原有的牆身，新增的裝潢為舊牆錦上添花。為了彰顯當區旳特色，大廈隨處可見傳統的剪刀門。
