建築經過精心設計，融合周圍的天然圍境。這幢頂級的布業綜合大樓前身是磚廠，座落市郊濕地。設計所使用藍磚及竹板是當地傳統的建築物料。三幢工廠均設有綠色生態花園，種植可生產染料的農作物。項目將傳統工廠轉化成以環保為本的製造業。
