和諧協調
酒店座落北京重建區，外觀設計不嘩眾取寵，低調休閒，給人一種家的舒適感，且融入當地錯綜複雜的胡同地形。客房所採用的天然建材，如硅藻土、麻、棉花和石頭等都是北京建築常用的素材。室內少用分隔牆，加上平坦的屋頂，大大增強空間感。選用回收得來的磚頭及木材，加上傳統建築用的竹材，令酒店更有老北京的氛圍。
