保育歷史　

位於北京胡同之中，前身為研磨廠，建築師將這個歷史庭園改建成租用住宅。住宅入口的木拱門連接三個庭園，庭園又與住宅相連。庭園的古樹被完整保留下來，為現代住宅屋苑增添一份歷史氣息。
