知識殿堂
高埗鎮跟很多中國農村一樣，面對都市現代化的威脅。這間圖書館填補了區內教育設施的短缺，讓孩子有一個安全的環境學習和閱讀。這間育才建築設計保留當地建築設計特色。位於館中央的樓梯既是重要通道，但也是圖書館的建築特色之一。地下一層是一個有遮蔭的公共空間，可供聚會及展覧之用。
