低調奢華
別墅位於黃金地段，背山面海，有見及此，建築師的設計善用地點優勢。空間佈局考慮到日出日落，將最好的自然光帶入室內。屋頂髹成藍色，呼應屋外的海天一色。設計避免庸俗，故意不選用昂貴的建材。掛毯、混凝土和鋼料，加上整體冷色調，特顯出不羈不花巧的美感。
