飄逸空氣感
建址與鄰居隔了一段距離，利用建址的特點，建築師採用一個四面玻璃幕牆的設計，大大增加居所的通透感及通風。夏天時份，對流將冷空氣帶入室內，而內置的地熱系統在冬天時保持室內和暖。部份幕牆被外牆遮蓋，保留寢室及客廳的私隱度。外牆與居住空間成為室內陽台，讓全年都有陽光滲入屋內。
