「設計涵蓋兩大重要層面: 意念與實行」
陳濬人畢業於香港理工大學設計學(視覺傳達設計)文學士課程。設計學院的一名導師對他的評語如下：十分博學、是教過最傑出的畢業生之一。
2011年，陳濬人的公司叄語設計, 負責「1+1: 兩岸四地藝術交流計劃」的視覺識別設計，在台北關渡美術館的展覽中，利用回收的金屬活字創作出一個重達800公斤的裝置作品，內容象徵生命的週期。2017年，叄語設計為位於香港仔的Empty Gallery設計其視覺識別，那藝術空間採用「黑盒子」的概念，展出新晉及知名藝術家作品。陳濬人聯同徐巧詩從文化、美學及歷史角度，探討香港字體及書法，於2018年出版得獎著作《香港北魏真書》，並會將研究所得開發成廣泛使用的電腦字體。陳濬人亦以這字體創作了一個互動的霓虹及聲音裝置，展現香港霓虹招牌的獨特價值。同年，陳濬人完成於大館的餐廳酒吧的設計項目，及獲K11 藝術基金會所託製作名為「一元復始」的互動裝置。
經營自己的公司十年，陳濬人認為需要向一些小型公司取經，提升其設計思維、方法及技藝，及於國際廣告公司學習行政管理。陳濬人相信海外工作的經驗能大大豐富他的設計意念。
