徐斐畢業於香港知專設計學院時裝設計（針織）。他希望通過研究與發展探索針織服裝的更多可能性，未來專注於可持續時尚實踐，以減少對環境的影響。

徐斐認為，一個故事需要以出色的敘述形式呈現，而設計師的本質就是要將自己的靈感以及信念去表達出來。不能夠只在乎作品的外觀，設計的過程以及理念是最重要的。
