陳偉森為香港建築師，中大建築系碩士畢業，現職兆基創意書院空間研習導師。以設計及策劃手法介入日常空間、物件與人的互動，項目包括deTour 2021《FM108，致…》（二十八屆ifva入圍作品）、多媒體企劃展《一樹無聲》等。2023年起參與中大建築學院的《梅子林復育計劃》，擔任老屋二期復修工程的項目建築師及社區活動策劃。
