港岸聚場
這個由昔日廢置工業用地改造而成的公共空間，透過一座長達 50 米、以船塢為靈感的鋼構亭廊，重新詮釋昔日的煉糖廠歷史。階梯式露天劇場、多用途工作坊與再生建材相互交織，於鰂魚涌海濱孕育創意、共融與可持續的社區生活。
